Management board, recruitment agency or managing director - these jobs make the different generations happy.
A study by the employee
review portal Glassdoor
looked at which jobs people of different generations are happiest with.
The analysis includes baby boomers (circa 1946 - 1964), Generation X (circa 1965 - 1980), Generation Y (millennials, from circa 1981 - 1995) and Generation Z (circa 1996 - 2010) flowed in.
Some differences became clear.

The young Generation Z are said to be happy with their job when they have the opportunity to shape and shape corporate culture and exert social influence.
Glassdoor
also identified occupations that fit these criteria
, and found that some Gen Z people are happiest in recruitment.
Marketing managers and social media managers came in second and third.

Broker, managing director or chairman - these jobs make the other generations happy
Millennials or Generation Y voted that they are the happiest as a broker.
The situation is different for the baby boomers and Generation X – they prefer to see themselves as chairman or managing director, as the analysis by
Glassdoor
shows.

quotes him as follows on the results of Generation X and the baby boomers.
They would "find validation in precisely those positions that require more years of experience and where they are given more responsibility and greater influence over the entire organization."

The Glassdoor
study
also found that Generation Z is more likely to work for older companies because they usually offer greater job security and better career options than younger companies.
According to this survey, older people are more likely to work in younger companies.
