(ANSA) - FLORENCE, 18 AUG - Two deaths in Tuscany due to bad weather: in Lucca and Carrara.
In both cases we are dealing with people hit by trees during downpours.
The two victims were in Sorbano del Giudice, near Lucca, in the La Malfa park in Carrara, both hit by trees.
In the first case, 118 reports, the victim is a man, in the other a woman for whom there have been attempts to revive her but then died.
Four other people were injured at Camping Italia in Marina di Massa, again due to falling trees.
They were taken in yellow code to the Apuan hospital while the fire brigade is busy freeing a fourth person, given with a red code, from a caravan.
In Camaiore (Lucca), via Italica, yellow code for another person overwhelmed by a tree and taken to the Versilia hospital.

In Barga, the part of a roof that broke from a house hit cars with people inside, three were injured.
In Massa, a whirlwind caused the lifting of materials to injure a coach depot worker.
In Florence two lightly injured in a car near the stadium due to the fall of a plant, another person at the Galluzzo market was hit by a branch, in Bottai a tree went on a camper of the campsite but all unharmed.
Damage to the market in Marina di Carrara and in Versilia where the storm swept away umbrellas and deck chairs: damage to the cabins and dozens of damaged establishments.
The Anas had to close sections of state roads due to the falling trees such as Aurelia at km 323 in Pisa, the Sarzanese-Valdera in Lajatico (Pisa), the Passo del Cerreto road at km 12.4 in Fivizzano (Massa Carrara).
