The Federal Office for Consumer Protection is expanding its hazard warning for a turkey onion mettwurst.

Listeria were found again.

Guderhandviertel - The Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety urgently advises consumers against eating the turkey onion mettwurst from the manufacturer Heinrich Aldag Altländer Fleisch - und Wurstwaren GmbH.

Listeria was again detected in the sausage product during an inspection.

A warning was issued last week against consuming the product with the expiry date of August 10, 2022.

Now the items with the date August 20, 2022, August 25, 2022 and August 30, 2022 in Hamburg and Lower Saxony are also affected by the recall.
