The director of the Schneider Children's Hospital submitted to the court an unusual request to issue a unilateral order, which would prevent a couple of parents whose daughter is hospitalized in serious condition at the hospital from harassing the applicant and the employees of the Schneider Children's Hospital in any way and place.
In the meantime, a complaint was also filed against the parents with the police.
According to the request, this is a baby who is hospitalized due to a serious illness.
According to the director of the hospital, for the entire period, which is several weeks, the parents have been aggressive towards the doctors, nurses and other staff in the department and the hospital, and so far they have been in 3 different departments of the hospital.
"The aggressive and repetitive behavior of the respondents was carried out even close to before the application was submitted, yesterday the nurses and doctors in the department were unable to get the father or mother to stop their harmful actions," the application states.
It was further stated that in light of the fact that their behavior is repeated over and over again, there is a reasonable basis to assume that the respondents will return to threaten and terrorize the department and thus harm their privacy, the peace of their lives and even the bodies of the employees of the department in particular and the hospital in general.
The hospital employees had to call the police and the security officer who removed the mother from the ward due to her behavior.
But even after the mother was removed from the scene, according to the hospital manager, the father continued to threaten, shout and make the employees truly terrified.
The hospital management requests that the court issue an order preventing the mother from entering the hospital and they will continue to care for the child devotedly but without fear or concern.
"It should be emphasized that the hospitalized patient's parents cannot at this stage assist her in her recovery process as she is sedated and ventilated," the hospital director added in the request.
