(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 19 - At least 19 people have been killed, including a child, and 44 injured in the recent Russian attacks of 17 and 18 August, in Kharkiv.
Kharkiv Oblast police chief Volodymyr Tymoshko said rescuers were searching for people under the rubble of a dormitory destroyed in the attacks.
Police believe there are two other people under the rubble.
