The Report is made up of 12 chapters in all which concern the main dossiers addressed by the Committee: national security in the economic sector, the challenge of authoritarian systems to Western democracies, the vanguard of the hybrid war: the disinformation machine, propaganda, conditioning and foreign interference. , Russia's war in Ukraine and China's challenge to the West.
