  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

  • 2 tbsp cream horseradish

  • 50 g sunflower seeds

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 20 ml olive oil

  • 20 ml vinegar

  • Pink Dip #2:

  • 150 g canned chickpeas, drained

  • 100 g beetroot, diced

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 50ml olive oil

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 100g feta

  • 100 grams of cream cheese
