On August 12, the Bouygues and RTL Group sent the competition authority their proposed remedies for the merger between TF1 and M6.
They will now try to convince the college of the authority to authorize this merger during the hearings of September 5 and 6.
The task is likely to be difficult, after the publication at the end of July of the unfavorable report of the investigation services of the competition authority.
