Rightly went viral? We tested Kylie Jenner's makeup and came back with conclusions Israel today

The makeup brand of the international star has arrived in Israel, and we had to check if the crazy demand for the products is indeed justified • Lipsticks, bronzer, somer, highlighter and more - what did we think of her products?

If Kylie Jenner doesn't visit Israel, at least her make-up brand "Kylie Skin" does - and lands in the Israeli supermarket.

We decided to check if there is any truth in the hype created around her makeup products - and test it for ourselves.

About seven years ago, Kim Kardashian's little sister decided to enter the world of makeup, and launched the Kylie Lip Kits, which included 3 kits of liquid lipsticks with matching lip liners.

They became sold out immediately after they were launched, creating a crazy buzz with countless cheap imitations that were not very close to the original.

The lipsticks, with a strong matte finish, stayed on the lips for a long time and were still pleasant compared to similar matte lipsticks, and slightly less dry than them.

Jenner's makeup products, which arrived in Israel through the Shastovich company, are already sold in the supermarket chains and on the website, and we set out to test some of the flagship products - blush, bronzer, highlighter, lipsticks and liners, and eye pencil - and answer the important question: Is all the noise surrounding the products legitimate , or are they actually standard products that went viral because of Jenner being a star?

Bronzer

We tested the pressed powder bronzer known as "Toasty" - it is a warm and relatively light shade, which will suit a tanned look and less for contouring.

It's very pigmented, and yet when we accidentally put too much on the skin, we were able to blend it out easily and quickly without creating a heavy and overworked look.

The "Buddy on the Block" blush is also a relatively light shade, a very springy and happy pink, which, despite its lightness, only one light pat on each cheek is enough to create a clear, blush matte look that can be smudged and built well.

We also added a little on the forehead area to connect the cheeks, and the resulting combination was very successful.

The highlighter, which also comes in a pressed powder format, shimmers and is pigmented when applied with the fingers.

With a suitable brush he gave us a light and less emphasized shine.

We tested the gold-toned Cheers Darling, which will probably look better on tanner skin.

In terms of durability, we continued to see subtle shimmers of it even after long hours.

lipsticks

We tested two sets that include liquid lipsticks with matching liners: 808 and 300.

The lipsticks are defined as having a matte finish, and indeed they are - although it is not the same rigid matte finish of the first lipsticks by Kylie, but a more forgiving finish.

The 300 is lighter, with the liner in a very "barbie doll" shade, an extremely light pink, in our opinion too light compared to the pink lipstick that the kit contains.

808 is also a pink lipstick, but a little darker and more subtle, and the border is already a darker brownish pink shade, which can also be a kind of shade for the lips.

Both lipsticks are easily applied and create, as mentioned, a matte look, but one that does not dry out the lips, and even manages to stay present even after a meal.

Lip gloss, Kylie Jenner, photo: PR

Lip gloss

We tested the lip gloss that bears the name "Daddy's Dirle": it is a transparent lip gloss with a monochromatic finish.

It leaves a beautiful and oval-transparent shade, holographic and trendy, easy to apply and not sticky.

It goes away pretty quickly, but that's pretty natural when it comes to lipgloss.

Application that is carried out in the middle part of the lips creates a fuller look, and upgrades the matte look of the lipsticks that we applied underneath.

Eye pencil, Kylie Jenner, photo: PR

Eye Pencil

The eye pencil is black and tapers in a strong matte black color, it is one that is more suitable for application and creating a smoky look than eyeliner or a precise line.

It is very intense on the one hand, but also a little oily and spreads easily with the fingers.
