On the flight to Antalya: lifted the blankets and discovered vomit in the plane seats

Family members from the UK were excitedly looking forward to a holiday in Antalya, only to find vomit on the plane seats.

No one bothered to clean up the hazard - and they were forced to sit there for part of the flight time, when one of the flight attendants said: "It seems that you are into complaining for no reason"

Voila system!

British family members from London are furious with the airline they were flying with after, on their flight to Antalya, which took off from Stansted Airport in London, they were given a pair of seats where vomit was left over from a previous passenger.

The family members claim that the vomit was not cleaned at all but was covered by a blanket, and they were required to sit in these seats regardless of the dirt left on them.

The boys sat down and said "Oh"

The Mirror website notes that 52-year-old Justin Naguer flew to Antalya in Turkey with Corendon

Airlines, a Turkish and Dutch airline headquartered in Antalya.

She boarded the flight on August 11 with her husband Michael, 63, and their two sons, Zachary, 20, and Joshua, 16.

According to her, they were particularly excited about this flight, since it was their first vacation abroad in about three years. They, like many others, had to give up vacations during the Corona period. The

flights cost them 2,500 pounds (about NIS 9,700), But as mentioned, the beginning of the trip was ruined for them when the two boys found out what was waiting for them on the plane seats.

Justine told the local media in London that "we were all jostling trying to find our seat and pick up our bags. I didn't notice it right away when the boys sat down, turned to the side and said 'oh'".

According to her, at first one of her sons was unable to identify the "hazard" as vomit, especially due to the fact that he was covered with a blanket placed on the seat.

After picking it up, he discovered that the seat was wet and covered in vomit.

Justine said that she immediately turned to the air crew and told her about the sickening discovery, but according to her, they responded rudely.

"More than that - the flight attendants had the attitude of "Why do you even want to move to another seat?" Another flight attendant told her: "It seems that you are in the business of complaining for no reason." And in any case, the family members wondered why no one cleaned the seats between flights. "They said they knew about it, but they weren't going to stop the plane because of the vomit,

The flight attendants did not agree to move

"It was a real fiasco. That fact when you feel like you're part of a surreal situation. Something happens that causes you to have an extreme reaction, but the people you're supposed to trust and trust are not only rude but also completely indifferent to the whole situation," said Justine, And added that "you start thinking 'Maybe it's me? Maybe I'm too troublesome?'

Then I come to my senses and think, 'No, this is really, really disgusting.'"

According to her, the thought crossed her mind that after all the severe corona restrictions during the epidemic, she would simply be sitting on the plane vomiting.

"Even before the epidemic, no one would have expected such a situation. The idea is to clean the plane between flights."

One way or another, the flight attendants did not agree to seat the boys in other seats, on a flight that lasts about four hours.

According to her, her sons were forced to sit with their feet up so as not to touch the floor.

Only later in the flight did they eventually move to other seats.

Justine said that she is not only angry about the presence of vomit, but also about what she calls "rude service" and the lack of any apology about it.

"It's unreal. I've never experienced such rude service."

As of now, the family will still have to fly back from their holiday to the UK with the same airline, which Justine says has left her "a bit anxious".

The Mirror website reached out for a response from the airline, but it has not yet been received.
