After the Helene Fischer concert in Munich, criticism hailed.
The organizer Leutgeb Entertainment has now defended the appearance of the pop singer.
In the VIP area, there were "smaller bottlenecks with individual dishes," said Klaus Leutgeb in an interview with Focus.
But the rain is to blame.
The VIP indoor area was open much longer than stated: "It's really a shame that such a drama is fabricated from this service."
Helene Fischer gave her only Germany concert in Munich on Saturday after a long corona break.
The performance was well attended, around 130,000 spectators wanted to see the singer.
However, some fans complained about the organization on social media: bad and expensive seats.
Others criticized the lack of food in the buffet area.
Despite the announced rain, umbrellas were not allowed at the event, and videos showed soaked visitors.
A fan even accused Fischer of giving a playback performance.
The organizer, on the other hand, assured that the concert was "definitely live".
A few days ago, Leutgeb Entertainment was already in the media: the organizer had planned a New Year's Eve concert with the band Rammstein on the Theresienwiese in Munich.
After several discussions, however, Leutgeb Entertainment canceled the concert due to safety concerns.
Leutgeb Entertainment is known in the industry as an organizer of major concerts with artists such as Robbie Williams, Sido, David Garrett and Andreas Gabalier.
He had expected around 145,000 visitors for the concert with Rammstein alone.
