Preparation

How do you prepare fish in miso butter?

  • 1 Mix the butter with the miso, lemon and honey in a bowl.

  • 2 Pour the miso butter over the fish and let the flavors absorb.

When the flesh of the fish is sealed, it is ready for grilling.

  • 3 Close to serving, heat a pan and roast the fish with the skin on the hot pan.

With the help of a spatula, press the fillet down a little, so that the whole skin gets an even burn.

    Turn and serve.

  • *Alternatively,

close the pan with a lid after searing the skin and allow the fish meat to evaporate.

Especially suitable for meaty fish such as salmon or locust for example.

  • *If you want, you can bake the fillet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, skin side up.

You can serve with chopped green onions or place the fish over noodles that will absorb the sauce.
