An applicant receives a written rejection.
But instead of taking it sporty, he shoots back hard.
Now the email is popping up on Twitter.
HR managers probably experience some unpleasant situations with applicants.
After all, not every job seeker can cope with a rejection*
, no matter how benevolently worded it is.
On the other hand, applicants often experience companies as arrogant and impersonal.
The frustration is correspondingly great when another rejection flutters into the house.
That's what happened to this applicant.
Application rejected: messy e-mail circulating on the internet
“There are people who can deal with rejection. But then there are also those.”
With these words, a HR manager published the juicy e-mail from an applicant whom he had previously rebuffed.
It's immediately clear why he posted the letter on Twitter when you read the first few words: The ousted payroll clerk just throws insults around.
And the HR manager is surprised.
The email states:
"Dear Mr. S., I would like to thank you very much for your extremely individual feedback on your really unbelievably backward, miserably worn-out Spacko club and wish you a lot of joy with your own failure and this grandiosely glorious wrong decision. Congratulations on that and nothing else.”
Probably out of sheer defiance, the applicant says goodbye at the end with "Best regards" - but that was about it for the friendliness.
And already it hails malice in the net.

Twitter users are amused by applicants, but there is also criticism
The users on Twitter
congratulate the author, who calls himself
"TeaAgeOrsten" on Twitter,
on the "right" decision.
"It's nice when people confirm directly that the decision was absolutely right," writes one user.
Another added wryly, "Factual, friendly and critical - I don't understand why this wonderful person wasn't hired." Many feel the email reveals a certain weakness of character shared by other contemporaries : "People often seem to think that they are entitled to everything," says one user.

But there are also other voices that criticize the HR manager - and
side with the applicant
(or is it an applicant?): "The fact that you have to publish that is also very cheeky and shows that maybe she was right after all? “.
Another
doubts the seriousness of a company
that publishes such a letter and simply describes this malice as "very cheap".
In the end, the HR manager takes the e-mail with humor: “The tone is generally quite polite.
I have to say, I've been banged on more shabbily," he added smugly in a comment.
