A photo uploaded by a Russian tourist dressed in a speedo who was wandering in the Crimea peninsula in Ukraine, apparently revealed the location of one of his country's military positions in the war going on in Ukraine.
The photo, apparently taken near the coastal city of Yevpatoria in western Crimea, shows the middle-aged man posing in front of an S-400 anti-aircraft defense system.
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense shared the photo on its Twitter account this week, thanking a middle-aged gentleman for the photo: "Maybe we're being harsh with Russian tourists... sometimes they can really help," it read, "like this man posing at the Russian air defense positions near Yevpatoria, occupied Crimea. Thank you and keep up the good work!"

Tourists enjoy the sun and the sea in cold mornings despite military explosions
The man is one of a number of tourists who appear to have visited territories occupied by Russia since it began its war against the Ukrainians six months ago.
Last week, tourists visiting the coastal city of Sevastopol and the Crimean capital Simferopol told Reuters they were focused on spending time on the peninsula, which is considered a popular resort, despite a series of explosions at a Russian airbase in Crimea earlier that week, and the presence of the country's warships and helicopters seen nearby.
A Russian tourist named Yuri Zamansky said that "regardless of the explosions" his group planned to "relax in the sun and the wonderful sea".
Dr Sonia Mikak of the Center for European Studies at the Australian National University told Yahoo News, where the story was published, that encouraging Russian tourism to visit occupied areas in Ukraine is attributed to Russian policy. Soviet leader Joseph Stalin was responsible for changing the demographics of Crimea, expelling almost all 240,000 ethnic Tatars from the region in 1944. Another example is the Holodomor genocide in 1932-1933 in which millions of Ukrainians were killed in an artificial famine created by Russia. In both cases, Russia replaced the Ukrainians living in these areas with ethnic Russians.
Since Russian President Vladimir Putin began to occupy parts of Ukraine This year, Dr Mikak sees evidence that the nation is inviting civilians to take over the homes of Ukrainians who have fled the fighting.
"These are apartments and houses left empty by Ukrainians who were forced to evacuate, and Russian citizens are invited to come and simply take the accommodation for themselves," she said.

"There are advertisements going up around Russia saying: If you are a teacher, we invite you to come to Kherson to teach this new curriculum," added Dr. Mikak. "Not only will your travel expenses be paid, but you will have free accommodation and you can move straight into an apartment or To a fully established house and it will be yours."
