Richard Caring: The name is not the program here

This man doesn't exactly endear himself to his neighbors.
Billionaire Richard Caring is closing a main street in central London for two weeks because he wants to plant trees in his garden, The Guardian reports.
For his project, Caring needs a crane to carry the mature trees over a row of neighboring terraced houses.
A neighbor who lives in Onslow Square, in a house overlooking Caring's mansion, described it as outrageous that the City Council was "giving in to the whims of a billionaire who wants a nice garden".
"It is absolutely wrong that a single man with a vast fortune is able to disrupt the lives of thousands of people," Erb told the Guardian.
Onslow Square, which connects South Kensington tube station to Fulham Road, is served by bus routes 14, 49, 345 and 414, all of which have to be diverted.
The road is also a major thoroughfare for ambulances bringing patients to Royal Marsden and Chelsea and Westminster hospitals.
The emergency services had to be informed of the closure.
