(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 27 - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to grant monthly grants and one-off payments to people who move to Russia from Ukraine.
The Tass agency reports it.
Some categories of people, including the disabled and those over 80, will receive 10,000 rubles ($ 166) in monthly payments.
Pregnant women will be entitled to one-time payments of a similar amount.
