(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 31 - The bad weather brought to Italy by an Atlantic perturbation will extend tomorrow from Emilia-Romagna to much of the Center and the South, with phenomena that locally may be very intense especially on the coastal sectors.
This was indicated by a weather alert from the Civil Protection Department.
From the early hours of tomorrow, therefore, thunderstorms are expected on Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise and Campania, extending to Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata, especially in Tyrrhenian sectors, and Sicily, especially in north-eastern sectors and Aeolian islands.
The phenomena will be accompanied by strong showers, frequent electrical activity, hailstorms and strong gusts of wind.
Evaluated for tomorrow's yellow alert on Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio, Campania, Umbria, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia and Calabria and on part of Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Sicily.
