(ANSA) - ROME, 03 SEPT - "The entire nuclear-strategic arsenal has remained in our country. And it is supported by us at a very high level. And this is the best guarantee for preserving Russia's power".
Thus the vice-president of the Russian Security Council Dmitri Medvedev unleashes a long post on telegram accusing the West of wanting to "take advantage of the military conflict in Ukraine" for "a new cycle of disintegration" of Russian institutions after the collapse of the USSR.
"It is clear that all these are dirty dreams", Medvedev writes of those who think "about how to get us to pieces. But such attempts are really extremely dangerous".
