(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 03 - Moscow asserts that it "foiled a new attempted assault by Ukrainian forces against the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia in the evening": the defense ministry quoted by Russian agencies says so.
"At 11pm Moscow time, two groups of boats with a landing force of 250 special forces and foreign mercenaries attempted to infiltrate the coast near ;; Energodar and Dneproprudny," reads a statement.
"Four Su-30s fighters and two Ka-52 VKS helicopters went into action which destroyed 20 out of 42 boats".
The victims would be "almost 50".
