While 10% of policyholders cannot find a treating doctor, the priority is to give back medical time to doctors.
There is no question of making them work more, but in better conditions by surrounding themselves with a team, and that they can follow more patients.
In France, an attending physician follows an average of 1,000 patients, compared to 1,500 to 2,000 in neighboring countries where he is surrounded by two or three people to help him.

In 2019, we created medical assistant positions, and it works: patient numbers are increasing without doctors working more.
There were 3300 assistants at the end of July and we should reach 4000 by the end of the year.
