Hogwarts Legacy: Harry Potter fans disappointed - game will not feature Quidditch

In "Hogwarts Legacy" players will be able to fly over the game world with the broomstick.
But they will not be able to hold Quidditch matches.
"Hogwarts Legacy" should actually be one of the game highlights of this year.
However, the developers recently announced that the game will not be released until 2023 after all.
After all, more and more information about the gameplay is becoming public – but recently there is also very bad news for "Harry Potter" fans: Quidditch will not be a playable feature in "Hogwarts Legacy".

One of the trailers for the game featured the Quidditch arena.
This raised hopes among fans that the broom sport could be some sort of mini-game in Hogwarts Legacy.
So that the players do not experience a nasty surprise after the release, the developers have now clarified on the game's official website that Quidditch will not be part of it.
In it you write:
"Quidditch cannot be played in Hogwarts Legacy. However, traveling and racing with the broom are part of the game. Players can also use their brooms to explore new and familiar locations around Hogwarts.”
Harry Potter fans are hoping for a Quidditch DLC
The cancellation of the broomstick game is a disappointment for many fans of the Harry Potter universe.
Especially since Quidditch was featured in some previous video game adaptations.
Many players would have been happy about a modern version.
Now they're hoping that the developers might add Quidditch in an expansion at a later date.
Quidditch would also be predestined as a multiplayer game.
If the title is successful, maybe a second part could come onto the market, which also includes the broom game.
Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10, 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
A Nintendo Switch version will follow at a later date.
