After quite a few rumors about a series of plastic surgeries, and a close relationship with the Botox injector, Zac Efron wants to clarify unequivocally: "I did not undergo facial surgery."
The all-eyed and multi-faceted actor and singer ("High School Musical", "Gulf Guard") made headlines last year when photos of him showing a bloated (but also tense) facial appearance sparked a heated discussion among keyboard experts (and plastic surgeons) who dealt with the fateful question: if Efron has a son The 34 renovated his face, when the overwhelming majority decided that the star had gone under the surgeon's knife.

Efron has so far refrained from officially commenting on the claims, and now he decided to address them in a cover interview for the successful Men's Health magazine, in which he revealed for the first time the real reason for the change in the appearance of his face - a strange and somewhat delusional accident that happened, believe it or not, because of a pair of socks in the star's home.
Efron shared that he was running in his house and slipped on a pair of socks, when the painful landing was unfortunately on his face, while hitting a porcelain fountain (standard furniture in every home of course) that caused him such a serious shock that he lost consciousness.
When he woke up from the faint, Efron says that he discovered that he had broken his jaw and his chin bone.
As a result of the injury, he added, his chewing muscles "compensated" for the injury and simply grew.
This led to the bloated and weird look, which led people to believe that he had undergone a massive facelift.
"They just became giants," he said.
Efron revealed that despite the huge uproar caused by the appearance of his face online, he was not aware of it at all.
He had to explain to his frightened mother that there was no truth in the rumours.
The one who came to Efron's defense at the time was his close friend and Australian radio host Kyle Sandilands, who claimed that it was ridiculous to think that he would renovate his face.
His original claim was that Efron is handsome enough, and that one should not touch what nature has given him.
"To think that he will undergo such an operation is like receiving a Picasso painting and letting a child paint on it with hand paints. Why bother?" he concluded sarcastically.
