    • ½ cup flour (210 g

    • ¾ cup light brown sugar

    • Bag of baking powder (10 grams)

    • ¼ teaspoon of salt

    • 3 eggs

    • ½ apple juice (120 ml)

    • 100 grams of butter (or butter), melted

    • 3 apples, peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes

    • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar

    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to make the easiest Shi-Li Lipa apple cake ever?

  • 1 Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease the pan with the oil spray.

  • 2 Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  • 3 In a second bowl, beat the eggs.

    Add the apple juice and butter or butter and mix.

  • 4 Pour the egg mixture into the flour bowl and mix to a uniform paste.

    Pour into a mold and smooth.

  • 5 Sprinkle the apple cubes over the pulp in the pan and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon evenly.

Ingredients

    • 3 cups flour (420 grams)

    • ½ cup dark brown sugar

    • Bag of baking powder (10 grams)

    • A heaping teaspoon of ground cinnamon

    • ½ teaspoon ground cloves

    • ½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

    • ½ cup sweetened applesauce

    • ¾ cup sunflower or corn oil (180 ml)

    • ¾ Kussilan

    • Oil spray for lubrication

How do you make a vegan scented silan cake?

  • 1 Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease the pan with the oil spray.

  • 2 Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and ginger in a large bowl.

  • 3 In a second bowl, mix the applesauce, oil and silane.

  • 4 Pour the silane mixture into the flour bowl and mix to a uniform paste.

    Pour into a mold and smooth.

  • 5 Bake in the hot oven for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry with moist crumbs.

  • 6 Cool well.

    Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

  • Keep covered outside the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
