Another option: sealing profiles and brush seals for the lower edges of doors to keep rooms warm and not let the heat escape into the stairwell.

The Federal Ministry also has another tip ready: sealing options are already available in most households: closing roller blinds, curtains and blinds on cold nights keeps the heat in the home better and saves energy.
