Cheese recall: This can happen with foreign bodies in food
Sharp-edged foreign objects in food, such as metal parts, can lead to serious injuries.
When consumed, there is a risk of injuries in the mouth and throat as well as internal bleeding.
Consumers should therefore no longer eat the product affected by the recall.
"If internal injuries are suspected, consumers are asked to consult their doctor immediately and advise them to eat the contaminated product," the company warned.
A popular meat product at Edeka is also being recalled.
It cannot be ruled out that there are plastic parts in it.
