I have to give birth to the same baby twice (@jacqschumer)

Childbirth is not an easy process for most women, even traumatic for some, so imagine if you had to give birth twice only 14 weeks apart?

True, apparently this is an unrealistic situation because the pregnancy lasts between 38-40 weeks, unless you give birth to the same baby twice - yes it is possible.

TikTok user Jacqueline Schumer has already given birth to her first daughter and will have to do it again in 14 weeks, she revealed in a TikTok video that has garnered more than 5 million views.

Jacqueline said that she had to give birth to her daughter at 23 weeks in order to undergo surgery - and then continue to grow her in her womb until the expected birth date.

In a video where she shows off her pregnant belly, she wrote: "When you find out you have to give birth to your daughter at 23 weeks so she can have spinal surgery - then put her back in your body to grow her for another 14 weeks until she's born again."

Her fetus suffers from spina bifida (spina bifida), a defect that develops in fetuses in the first month of pregnancy, when the spine and spinal cord do not develop or close properly.

The defect may cause damage to the baby's nervous system and lead to potential paralysis.

Since the publication of the video, Jacqueline has gone through her first birth and is now in pregnancy monitoring and must be on constant bed rest until the second birth.

@jacqschumer Then be on bed rest for 107 days in another state?

The viewers were surprised to hear that it is possible to give birth twice to the same fetus and rushed to ask how exactly this process works?

"What do they do with the amniotic sac and the fluids afterwards? It's strange," asked one of the viewers about the fluid-filled sac that contains and protects the fetus in the womb.

Schumer replied in another video in which she said that she is now in her 30th week of pregnancy after a fetal surgery she underwent at 23 weeks.

"They operated on my baby and then stuffed her back into me and since then I've been growing her, hopefully, until the due date," she says in the video, detailing that a lot of amniotic fluid was spilled out in the process and replaced with a type of IV fluid that has more minerals than normal - until her baby can produce herself again.

The latest update on her condition:

My fluid levels are back to normal and baby is doing great!

Schumer announced that she visits the doctors every week for an ultrasound until she is ready for a cesarean section.

"It's amazing what they're able to do," she said, praising her medical team in the video.

Despite the very unpleasant experience she had to go through, Schumer remains optimistic.

In the video, she added that the fetus is in normal condition and the fluid levels are normal.

She concluded: "I will do everything for her."
