Attention Marvel fans and "Star Wars" followers - this is what you can expect in September 2022 on Disney Plus.

With the fourth "Thor" film "Thor: Love and Thunder" and the series "She-Hulk: The Lawyer", Marvel will start with two titles in September 2022 on Disney Plus.

Fans of the "Star Wars" series will also get their money's worth this month with "Obi-Wan Kenobi: Return of a Jedi" and "Andor".

In the following, you can read what new features Disney Plus has in its program for September 2022 and who has to be very strong because of a season finale.

Modern Family is coming to Disney Plus in September 2022

If you haven't streamed the comedy series Modern Family yet, now is the time to do so.

From September 14, 2022, seasons four to eleven of the popular series about Jay Pritchett aka Ed O'Neill - also known as Al Bundy from the series "A Terribly Nice Family" - will be available.

In September 2022, seasons 4-11 of the popular series "Modern Family" are coming to Disney Plus.

And who knows - maybe one day Disney Plus will go one better and extend the previously completed series for a 12th season?

"Modern Family" fans worldwide would be happy about it.

Big series finale on Disney Plus: "This is us" with Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore comes to an end

Episode 18 of Season 6 of This Is Us concludes on September 28, 2022 on Disney Plus.

See one last time Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore as Jack and Rebecca Pearson in the American drama series.

Read here whether "The Crown" will also be canceled due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

But even if series ends, that's no reason to be sad, because there are still many exciting new series just waiting to be streamed.
