released in 1975, was hospitalized on Monday September 12 after being the victim of a road accident near Gan (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), a few kilometers from Pau, report our colleagues from France Bleu.
The artist driving a 4x4 hit a heavy truck on a national road.
Aged 76, he was injured and transported, conscious, to the hospital in Pau, in “
relative emergency
”.
The truck driver escaped the incident unscathed.
According to the local media, Murray Head was returning home when the accident occurred.
He has been living in the village of Saucède, in the region, for several years.
