No search warrant from the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office.
This is what emerges from the first investigations carried out as part of the investigation into the case of Hasib Omerovic, who fell from the window of an apartment in Rome.
The investigator will have to clarify whether it is an initiative search coordinated by an official or a decision taken by the agents who will be heard by the investigators.
The men of the mobile team, to which the Rome Public Prosecutor has delegated the investigation, listened to the neighbors of the Omerovic family in relation to the story of the family member who fell from the window of a building in Primavalle during a search.
For this affair the prosecutors of piazzale Clodio are proceeding at the moment for attempted murder.
The family of Hasib Omerovic, the 36-year-old who fell out of the window during a police search in Rome, asked to be moved from the Primavalle area because "he is afraid".
This is what the lawyer Arturo Salerni, lawyer for the parents and sister of the man announces. "In the light of what emerged for safety reasons - says the criminal lawyer - the family has asked to be removed from that area".
The search, according to what is learned, was triggered by some reports - also reported in a post on Facebook which was later deleted - in which Omerovic was accused of having molested some girls.
