After recently canceling three performances due to his health condition, Shalom Hanoch returned to the stage last night (Wednesday), performing at the Mishkan for the Performing Arts in Tel Aviv.
Hanoch was a guest at a concert by Shelovi Shaban and the Israeli Camerata conducted by Avner Biron, and performed the song "Mezel Gedi".
He flew and uploaded a short video clip from the performance to his Facebook page.
As I recall, for some time now the musician has been suffering from a herniated disc, which does not allow him to go on stage and perform.
After the latest cancellation, he wrote on Facebook: "I am on the mend, but on the advice of the doctors, the decision is not to take unnecessary risks at this stage. We will update you regarding the date of the next shows, waiting for our meeting. Hello."
After the second cancellation, he elaborated a little on his medical condition: "As you may know, I am after a herniated disc and am accompanied by daily intensive treatment that requires my complete dedication until it is completed."
