The successful delivery of a package can be interpreted in different ways.
When a message from Amazon comes, a customer gets really excited.
Munich – Photos from home are actually a cause for joy.
As a rule, they document what is familiar and convey a sense of security.
That was not the case at all with the photo this text is about.
It shows a package with the well-known Amazon logo leaning upright against the front door.
Cannot really be overlooked by either residents or passers-by.
It was shared on Twitter by a user who is apparently the addressee of the package.
Because he wanted to let off steam.
According to him, he was in a clinic 350 kilometers away at the time of delivery, and his wife and children were with their mother 200 kilometers away.
Means: In the short term, no one in the family was able to get the package in and thus keep it safe from possible thieves.

This is exactly what enraged the Amazon customer.

Since several mailboxes and doorbells can be seen next to the door in the photo, it can be assumed that this is an apartment building.
This means that other residents could also use the favorable opportunity to help themselves.
On the other hand, maybe there is someone living in the building who can take the package into their care before the family returns, if requested to do so.

Meanwhile, Amazon responded quickly to the post and asked the user whether he had specified a storage location or neighbors in his customer account where the driver could drop off or deposit the packages.
Which according to the man is not the case.
The Amazon team then pointed out that future instructions should be provided if the customer assumed that they would not be at home when the delivery was made.

However, behind the corresponding link, the group also makes it clear that it cannot guarantee that the transport companies can meet the requirements at all.
This reaction also drove other users up the wall.
