Ariston takes over the German Centrontec Climate Systems

This is the largest acquisition in the history of the Italian group, which thus enriches its offer of sustainable solutions for heating and represents an important step towards achieving ESG objectives.
In detail, Ariston Holding NV will acquire 100% of Centrontec Climate Systems from its parent company Centrontec SE,
for 703 million in cash and approximately 41.42 million Ariston shares
