She mentions in particular the death threats and the crass anti-Semitism of which she is the victim.
It all started in May 2022, when the artist launched an online campaign denouncing the practices deemed misleading by several influencers represented by Magali Berdah's agency.
Calling these Internet stars “influencers”, he says he wants to fight against the abuses of the environment, tainted by scams in financial products, the recurring practice of
dropshipping,
or even advertising for cosmetic surgery.
100,000 hate messages
Since then, Magali Berdah says she has been subjected to a cyberbullying campaign and has received "more than 100,000 hate messages against Magali Berdah or her relatives".
Since June 1, an investigation has been opened at the National Pole for the Fight against Online Hate (PNLH) of the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office, in particular for death threats, harassment by means of electronic communication, public insult on account of the origin and sex.
The rapper, whose real name is Elie Yaffa, for his part filed a complaint against X to denounce deceptive commercial practices attributed to Shauna Events and an organized gang scam.
The Grasse prosecutor's office opened an investigation on September 6 into the only first offense, entrusted to the Antibes police station.
