59 young people from Corbeil-Essonnes (91) still do not have a high school assignment, two weeks after the start of the school year.
An unbearable situation for these students.
"I went to see a doctor to prescribe me a drug against stress," says Luna, without assignment in 1st STMG.
"My daughter started working alone all day to take care of herself and prepare for the French baccalaureate, but she won't be able to do it on her own," says Dora, a parent without assignment.
The municipality invited the families to a meeting on September 13 in order to organize themselves to attack the State and the rectorate in court.
“The State does not respect its obligation to educate young people under the age of 16”, explains Bruno Piriou, mayor (DVG) of Corbeil-Essonnes.
More than twenty parents would be in favor of initiating legal action against the State.
To do this, the town hall called on Maître Jean-Louis Péru, a lawyer at the Gaia firm.

In Essonne, nearly 900 young people are in the same situation.
