(ANSA) - MILAN, SEPTEMBER 16 - The Milan Public Prosecutor has closed the investigations for false corporate communications, false prospectus and manipulation on the case of the correct accounting of impaired loans (Npl) of Mps against 5 people, including the former top management of the Alessandro bank Profumo and FabrizioViola and the same institute.
The positions of 6 suspects have been extracted in view of a request for filing.
In the past, the investigating judge Guido Salvini had rejected a request for archiving, ordering an expert opinion, and the new prosecutors who own the file Roberto Fontana and Giovanna Cavalleri extended the investigations and also arranged for technical advice.
