(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 16 - Hungarian Prime Minister ViktorOrban called the report adopted yesterday by the European Parliament against Budapest, in which Hungary is accused of not being a democratic country and of trampling on European values, "a joke".
Speaking today in Belgrade, where President Aleksandar Vucicgli bestowed a high Serbian honor, Orban described the decision of the Strasbourg Assembly as ridiculous.
"We no longer laugh at this, as we are fed up with this joke. The European Parliament has already adopted similar documents condemning Hungary two or three times. Before we thought they had some importance, but now we see that it is a joke," Orban observed. .
