, 47, brother of the former mayor of Arcevia Andrea Bomprezzo.
He was driving his car, swept away by water and mud and subsequently fished out of the Misa River.
At the moment missing: little Mattia, 8 years old and Brunella Chiù, the 56 year old who was in the car with her daughter.

A leak in the right bank of the Misa river, near the Borgo Molino district, already flooded two days ago, is worrying the municipal administration of Senigallia.
This is a rupture of limited dimensions of about 1.5 meters which could, however, in the event of a new flood, create other problems.
Provisional and extremely urgent repairs to the leak located immediately after the A14 motorway bridge are scheduled for the same day, after the immediate notification to the Regional Civil Protection has been triggered.
The area, still struggling with cleaning due to the recent floods, was also flooded in 2014. The origin of the leak is due, according to the Senigallian junta, to the leakage of the river Misa from its banks which occurred between Thursday and Friday,
since the right bank had undergone repairs just two years ago.
Also checked the state of all the hatches on the seafront, where the ditches of the minor water network flow, so as to ensure the best possible outflow of rainwater or at least avoid that they create further inconvenience.

The military went to the offices of the Civil Protection and beyond, on several occasions.
The acquisition is a normal practice to have what is needed to reconstruct the events and verify if all the right procedures have been implemented.
At the moment there is no talk of kidnappings.
"Yes, I know that there were the men of the Arma - confirms Stefano Aguzzi, regional councilor of the Civil Protection - they do their duty, we are thinking of recovering victims and missing persons".
The climate in the Region is calm at the moment.
"I will go to Pesarese in the day - the commissioner adds - to see the state of the damage because it is the area that has suffered the most. Fortunately there were no deaths there".
