A bullring in the center of the city, middle-aged women shouting as if they were at a high-five concert, merchandising that wouldn't even put Justin Bieber to shame (only health!) - and one Italian singer in his late 50s who gave his all on stage , so much so that it was impossible to miss the beads of sweat from the close-ups on the giant screens.
Eros Ramzotti's performance in Seville, Spain last Thursday at the Maestranza Arena in Seville, where he opened his new world tour, was a sort of hybrid between a typical performance by Shlomo Artzi at the Caesarea Amphitheater and the one that Noa Kirel performed at the Yarkon Park just less than a month ago.

Ramzotti, who will perform at the Caesarea Amphitheater on October 6 and 8, has a fairly diverse song repertoire.
He knows how to create rhythmic songs that make the audience dance and also calmer ones, usually romantic, that can melt the coldest hearts - otherwise there is no better way to explain how he sold tens of millions of copies in the world during his long career.
Already at the beginning of the show, it seemed that Ramzotti knew the job.
He cracked a duet with one of his backing singers for "I Belong To You," which he originally performed with American singer Anastasia.
Even those who are not among the fans of the Italian singer could not remain indifferent to this performance.
The audience in Seville, a city with a strong historical scent in every corner, already enjoyed a performance by the Red Hot Chili Peppers this summer, and it was the same this time, mainly thanks to the many hits Ramzotti performed at the concert, including "La Cosa Mas Bella", "Otra Como Tu" and "Alla Fine Del Mondo".
The Italian energizer makes sure to excite the spectators both in standard ways such as a session with the electric guitar or the audience's participation in singing, and in a slightly more entertaining way, for example in the form of a conversation with one of the people sitting in the audience and inviting him to sing with him (whether this is a staged step or not, this was definitely good moment).
The postcard kibbutz that is the State of Israel has already proven in the past that it has a place for Ramzoti, after all, he has already successfully filled Menorah Hall in the past.
Maybe it's the language that rings in the ear even for those who don't speak the language, maybe it's his bursting charisma that brings women down (and quite a few men too) - what's for sure, he knows how to make his audience enjoy themselves in an extraordinary way.
It seems that the Israeli audience has something to look forward to.
