Kim Kardashian wants to break new ground to find the right partner.
"Whatever I've tried obviously doesn't work," she said on a TV show.
Moderator James Corden introduced the topic by pointing out that Kardashian was single.
In August, it was announced that she had split from comedian Pete Davidson, with whom she had officially been dating since March.
Moderator Corden wanted to know: "How does Kim K. get a date?" Kardashian was reluctant at first.
Said she hadn't even thought about it.
"I'm not looking." She wanted to "chill for a minute" first.
She needs time for herself, wants to complete her law degree.
But then the 41-year-old said she wanted to try something new.
"I think it will be a scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, lawyer," she said.
"That's maybe what I envision for the future."
Kardashian didn't say why the degree is so important.
In any case, it would be an expansion of her portfolio: Her previous partners have included music producers, a football player, a basketball player, a comedian.
Reality TV star Kardashian, whose fortune Forbes estimates at $1.8 billion, filed for divorce from rapper Kanye West in February 2021.
The two have four children together and have been married since 2014.
The couple dealt with the separation very differently: while West had announced several times that he hoped for a relationship comeback with Kardashian ("I have to be back home"), the 41-year-old was largely reserved.
In interviews, she only hinted at what caused the relationship to fail.
Only once did she make it clear in a clear post on Instagram that she found West's behavior stressful.
A brief relationship followed with comedian Pete Davidson, which became official in March 2022.
In August, there were reports of a split, which Kardashian initially did not officially comment on.
In any case, she found warm words for him even after the alleged end of the relationship: "He's such a sweetheart.
Really good person, that's rare these days," she said in Interview magazine.
