All you need is parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil and pine nuts.
There are also a few little things like oil, garlic and spices, but as a hobby cook you probably already have these basic ingredients at home.
The result is marinated parmesan with caramelized cherry tomatoes - doesn't that sound delicious?

150g Parmesan
150 g cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
5 basil leaves
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pine nuts
Salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
black pepper from the mill

Quick Veggie Recipe: Marinated Parmesan with Caramelized Cherry Tomatoes
Break the Parmesan into pieces.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
Wash the basil and roughly tear the leaves.
Heat olive oil in a coated pan.
Add the tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts to the pan, lightly salt and sprinkle with sugar.
Fry briefly and sharply, let caramelize and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
Add Parmesan and basil, grind some pepper over it and toss briefly until the cheese starts to melt.
Tip: Ciabatta goes well with this
Of course, you can buy a nice and crispy ciabatta – or simply make it yourself.
It's not difficult at all and with this recipe you only need four ingredients.
