All you need is parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil and pine nuts.

  • 150g Parmesan

  • 150 g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 5 basil leaves

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

  • Salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • black pepper from the mill

    Quick Veggie Recipe: Marinated Parmesan with Caramelized Cherry Tomatoes

  • Break the Parmesan into pieces.

    Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.

    Wash the basil and roughly tear the leaves.


  • Heat olive oil in a coated pan.

    Add the tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts to the pan, lightly salt and sprinkle with sugar.

    Fry briefly and sharply, let caramelize and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.

  • Add Parmesan and basil, grind some pepper over it and toss briefly until the cheese starts to melt.

  • Tip: Ciabatta goes well with this

    Of course, you can buy a nice and crispy ciabatta – or simply make it yourself.

    It's not difficult at all and with this recipe you only need four ingredients.
