The royals have released a new series of photos of Queen Elizabeth II on their official Twitter account.
They wrote: "Today people from the UK, the Commonwealth and around the world will pay tribute to the extraordinary life and reign of Her Majesty The Queen."
The animated photo series is 107 seconds long and is a journey through the life of the queen.
You can see her as a baby in a white robe, lying on a soft pillow, in her mother's arms, in her father's arms, together with her sister.
In one photo she rides a bicycle, in one photo she looks confidently into the camera as a teenager.
We see the Queen reading, at work.
We see her with her husband Philip, we see her as a young mother.
And of course as a queen with a crown on her head.
We see the highlights of their lives and moments from everyday life.
It's a journey through time, an album of a great life.
Twitter users thanked the Royal Family.
"Thank you, ma'am.
I hope your funeral goes smoothly," one user tweeted.
“We watch all day and don't sleep.
What a celebratory day,” one user posted.
And another user wrote: »Beautiful pictures of a beautiful woman.
We don't realize how much we had until we lose it." The world will never see anyone like her again.
