The Oktoberfest beer is brewed especially and exclusively for the Oktoberfest.
And that's what it's all about: with at least 13 percent original wort and six percent alcohol, it's much stronger than a "normal beer", but still very tasty.
2. Half chicken

An old rule says that Munich white sausages must not hear the 12 o'clock bell.
However, an exception is made in most of the beer tents at the Oktoberfest, and you can also order the delicious snack until 3 p.m.
4. Plug fish
The most famous "Stecklfisch" is in the Fischer-Vroni marquee at the Oktoberfest.
The delicious fish, such as mackerel or char, are skewered on a stick and grilled in a 15 meter long row on open fires.
