(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 20 - 28,395 new infections from Covid have been registered in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister.
Yesterday the infected were 8,259.
The victims are 60, almost double compared to yesterday (31).
The rate is 13.7% in a slight increase from 12.2% yesterday.
The total number of Covid cases detected since the beginning of the pandemic in Italy is 22,197,658.
There are 150 patients hospitalized in intensive care, 1 less than yesterday in the balance sheet between income and expenses, while daily admissions are 16. Hospitalized in ordinary wards are 3,495 (+2).
Currently positive are 414,067, compared to yesterday 13,155 less.
21,606,922 (+41,480) have been discharged and healed, while the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic is 176,669.
