Heads of state and government from dozens of countries attended Queen Elizabeth's state funeral.
An Australian moderator team has apparently lost track - and the new British Prime Minister Liz Truss initially not recognized.
When the politician arrived at Westminster Abbey with her husband Hugh O'Leary, Channel Nine's Peter Overton and Tracy Grimshaw initially puzzled over who it was.
The duo suspected in the TV broadcast that Truss and her husband could be "minor royals" - i.e. less important members of the royal family or local dignitaries.
Seconds later, however, the moderators were made aware of their mistake and corrected themselves.
Elizabeth II died on September 8 at her country estate in Balmoral, Scotland, at the age of 96.
Two days earlier, she had received the conservative politician Truss there and formally commissioned her to form a government.
