The Court of Naples declared itself territorially incompetent on the appeal against the resolutions approving the new Statute of the M5S and confirming / ratifying the election of Giuseppe Conte as President last March. The M5s announced it in a note.
According to the order, the competent Court is that of Rome, "as - say the 5 stars - always supported by us in the beginning".
"We reiterate that
politics is not done with stamped papers
but is the result of democratic political processes, processes that the M5S has always promoted, encouraged and protected".
Thus the M5s comments on the decision of the Court of Naples which declared itself territorially incompetent to judge the appeals on the status and election of Conte.
"This decision certifies the instrumental use of the appeal to the Court of Naples by the applicants" comments the Movement.
