Andrea Ivanova, from Sofia, Bulgaria, is considered the "woman with the biggest lips in the world", and she has over 20 thousand followers on Instagram thanks to her extreme appearance.

She claims that she holds a world record of 30 hyaluronic acid lip injections that helped her achieve her unusual appearance.

Andrea actually travels a lot around the world in pursuit of her hobbies - singing and plastic surgery.
