When cat owner Avery Shrader is about to rake up leaves in her garden, she has a funny idea: the pile of leaves is great for trying out a new game with her cat.

Most house tigers love to hide in the most unusual places and appreciate every new adventure.

So she lets her tortoiseshell cat (typical red and black fur pattern reminiscent of a tortoise shell) named Lion run around in the garden.

The little tomcat has a lot of fun doing this.

He jumps happily into the colorful leaves until he finally disappears completely under them.

Mistress Avery snaps a photo of it.

When she looks at this a little later, she notices a funny detail: she can no longer find her cat in the photo.

Even friends and acquaintances can not discover the velvet paw anywhere.

"Most people I've shown it to couldn't find it because it just blends in," Avery tells

.
