Disgusting sight at Kaufland-Milk: Customer shows video – but her complaint is directly criticized

Sometimes the contents of a package surprise you.
A Kaufland customer has now had to realize that these are not always a pleasure.
Alzey - Many discounters and supermarkets advertise with fresh products.
Whether fruit, vegetables or bread - discounters like Penny even have a "freshness guarantee".
Sometimes it happens, however, that customers make a bad purchase.
Because not all products show whether they are still good or not.
So an Edeka customer bought moldy mangosteen.
Something similar happened to a Kaufland customer.
She found that the milk she had bought was anything but edible.
When she poured the milk, a real disgusting sight awaited her.
Kaufland milk becomes a disgusting sight: lumps in the product
Sour milk smells unpleasant and irritates the nose.
The Kaufland customer will probably have noticed that too.
On Facebook, she shared a video of herself pouring a glass of milk.
But lumps mingled under the white liquid.
The skimmed milk, which was supposed to have a shelf life until 12/20/2022, was clearly bad.
According to her own statements, she had only bought the 0.1 percent milk the day before.
"What is that, please?" the customer wrote.
Kaufland bad buy causes discussions in the Facebook comments
However, the online complaint was not well received by all Facebook users.
"Save your energy for a conventional offline complaint in the store.
It's very easy.
No request for attention," one commented on the post.
"Why do you always have to make such a fuss?
Just go to the branch in question and you get a new one or your money back 100 percent,” another user complained.
However, there are also Facebook members who are more relaxed about the problem.
"Just seems pissed off.
Can happen.
Just bring them back and you'll get your money back," one woman wrote in the comments.
Kaufland also got involved in the discussion and apologized for the quality of the milk.
The supermarket offered the woman to forward her request to customer management.
