This milk has been the subject of a recall throughout France since Tuesday. Some bottles were not properly packaged

Marketed throughout France by many supermarkets and hypermarkets Auchan, Carrefour, Cora, Intermarché or Casino and in U stores, baby milk from the Candia brand is the subject of a massive recall throughout France.

According to the Rappel conso site, customers have noted a problem with the lid of the bottles, sometimes detached, which can lead to the introduction of bacteria into the product, and leaks.

The recall sheet explains that these Candia products have not been “manufactured and/or stored under conditions allowing satisfactory health guarantees to be provided”.

In detail, this recall concerns a pack of 24 bottles of Candia Baby Junior 4 milk of 250 ml, for children aged 20 to 36 months.

Lots 22SM4047185, 22SM4047186 and 22SM4047187 with barcode 3533631193003 are listed by the Rappel conso site as well as lots 22SM4047185, 22SM4047186 and 22SM4047187 with barcode 3533630900459.

These lots must be returned to the point of sale to be reimbursed.

However, in case of doubt, a telephone number has been set up to answer any questions from consumers: 09.87.87.00.50.
