"The EU strongly condemns the illegal referendums planned by the pro-Russians" stating that "they go against the legal and democratically elected Ukrainian authorities, they violate the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and constitute a clear violation of international law" .
This was stated by EU High Representative Josep Borrell, announcing that "Russia, its political leadership and all those involved in these referendums and other violations of international law in Ukraine will be held accountable and further restrictive measures will be considered against Fly".
"
Naive blackmail with threats and horror stories of 'referendums
' and 'mobilizations' of those who can only fight against children and peaceful people. This is how the fear of defeat appears. The enemy is afraid, primitively manipulates. Ukraine will solve the problem. Russian question. The threat can only be eliminated by force ".
Thus the
head of the Office of the Ukrainian President Zelensky, Andriy Yermak
, comments on Telegram the announcement of a referendum in the occupied regions and the tightening of the Duma penalties in the event of the dodgers to the "general mobilization" draft.
